Request data deletion
Use the button below to tell us which personal data you want deleted. Send the request from the email address associated with your FlamenkFit account whenever possible.

- Your full name.
- The email address used for your FlamenkFit account.
- The categories or specific personal data you want us to delete.
- Whether you want to keep your FlamenkFit account active.
Never send your password, payment card details, or authentication codes. We may ask for limited additional information to verify that the request relates to you.
Data covered by a request
You may request deletion of personal data under FlamenkFit’s control, including profile information, an optional profile photo, fitness preferences, workout activity, progress, user content, device tokens, and account-linked support information.
If deleting the requested data would make it impossible to maintain or provide your account, we will explain that limitation and ask whether you want the entire account deleted.
Timing and limited retention
We aim to complete verified deletion requests within 30 days. Residual copies in encrypted backups may take up to approximately 90 days to expire.
We may retain limited information when required for legal obligations, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or financial reporting. Aggregated or de-identified information that can no longer identify you may also be retained.
