Flamenka Vibes Inc. (“FlamenkFit”, “we”, “us”) runs the website flamenkfit.com, where you can read our blog and book our in-person classes in St. Petersburg, Florida. This policy explains what personal information the website collects, why, who helps us process it, and your choices.
This policy covers the website only. Our mobile app has its own privacy policy at flamenkfit.com/privacy-policy/.
1. What we collect
| What | When | Examples |
|---|---|---|
| Booking details | You book a class | Your name, email address, WhatsApp number, the class and plan you chose |
| Booking history | You use your booking | Dates booked, moved or cancelled; classes attended (ticked by our team at the class); class credits left |
| Payment records | You pay for a class | Amount, date, status and Stripe’s reference numbers. Your card details go directly to Stripe; we never see or store them. |
| Messages | You write to us, or we write to you about a booking | Emails, WhatsApp messages |
| Booking-form attempts | Each booking-form or “email me my link” attempt | Email address, WhatsApp number, IP address and the outcome, logged to stop abuse (deleted after about 30 days) |
| Analytics and advertising data | Visits to most pages (section 4) | Pages viewed, clicks on “Book” and app-store buttons, approximate location, device; set by Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel |
If you booked with our previous booking system, we carried over your name, email, WhatsApp number (if given) and which plan or free trial you used, so your class credits and booked dates keep working.
We don’t ask for health information.
2. Why we use it
- To book, move and confirm your classes, and send you the confirmation, a link to manage your booking, and calendar invitations.
- To take payment (through Stripe) and keep the records the law requires.
- To tell you about changes to a class you booked (moved, new time, cancelled), by email or WhatsApp.
- To apply our rules (one free trial per person) and protect the site from abuse.
- To understand how the website is used and measure our advertising (section 4).
We do not send marketing emails from the booking system.
3. Who helps us (service providers)
These companies process information on our behalf, only to provide their service to us:
| Provider | What for | What they receive |
|---|---|---|
| Stripe | Payments | Name, email, card details (entered on Stripe’s page), amount |
| Zoho (ZeptoMail) | Sending booking emails | Your email address and the email’s content |
| Contabo | Hosting the website and its database (servers in the United States) | Everything stored by the website |
| Cloudflare | Domain name service and blog images | Your IP address when your browser loads images |
| WhatsApp (Meta) | When you message us, or our team messages you about a booking | Your number and the messages |
| Google (Google Analytics) | Website statistics | Section 4 |
| Meta (Meta Pixel) | Measuring our Facebook/Instagram ads | Section 4 |
| Google (YouTube) | The video on our home page | Your IP address and device when it plays |
We do not sell your personal information. We share it with others only when the law requires it, or to protect our rights or someone’s safety.
4. Analytics, advertising and cookies
The website uses Google Analytics (to count visits and see which pages are useful) and the Meta Pixel (to know whether our Facebook and Instagram ads lead to visits and bookings, and to show our ads to people likely to be interested). They place cookies or similar identifiers in your browser and send Google and Meta the pages you view and the clicks listed above.
What we have limited on purpose:
- We never send them your name, email, WhatsApp number or anything you type into a form.
- The booking form sends nothing to Meta (Google Analytics only), and pages with your private booking link, our team’s admin pages and payment pages send nothing to either.
- If your browser sends the Global Privacy Control signal, the website loads neither Google Analytics nor the Meta Pixel.
This counts as “sharing” for targeted advertising under some U.S. state laws. To opt out:
- turn on Global Privacy Control in your browser (the website honours it, above);
- or install Google’s opt-out: tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout;
- or change your ad settings with Meta: facebook.com/adpreferences (and accountscenter.facebook.com);
- or block cookies in your browser settings.
The website sets no other cookies for visitors. (Our team’s sign-in to the admin area uses a cookie that only team members receive.)
5. How long we keep it
- Bookings, purchases and payment records: for as long as you have classes or credits with us, then 7 years for tax and accounting.
- Emails sent to you (our copy): deleted after 30 days; any that failed to send are kept until our team has dealt with them.
- Form attempts (email, WhatsApp number, IP address): deleted after about 30 days.
- Analytics data: Google Analytics keeps detailed data for 14 months; summary statistics may be kept longer. Meta keeps its data under its own policy.
6. Your choices and rights
You can ask us to see, correct or delete your information, or to stop using it for analytics and advertising, by writing to legal@flamenkfit.com. We’ll answer within 30 days. We may keep what the law requires (for example payment records).
7. Children
The website and our classes are for adults. We don’t knowingly collect information from children under 18.
8. Security
Payments are handled by Stripe. The website runs over HTTPS; our database is on our own server, reachable only by our team; team accounts need a password and are limited to what each person needs.
9. Changes
When we change this policy we’ll publish the new version here with its date.
