This page is the official account-deletion resource for the FlamenkFit app, operated by Flamenka Vibes Inc. You can submit a deletion request here even if you no longer have the app installed.
Request account deletion
Use the button below to email our support team from the email address associated with your FlamenkFit account. The prepared message asks only for the details needed to locate and verify your account.

- Your full name.
- The email address used to create your FlamenkFit account.
- A clear statement that you want your FlamenkFit account and associated data deleted.
Never send your password, payment card details, or authentication codes. We may ask for limited additional information to verify account ownership before processing the request.
What will be deleted
After verification, FlamenkFit will delete the account and personal data under our control that is associated with it, including, as applicable:
- Account identifiers and profile information, including an optional profile photo.
- Fitness preferences, workout activity, progress, and other account-linked app data.
- User content, messaging identifiers, device tokens, and support information directly tied to the account.
Timing and limited retention
We aim to complete verified deletion requests within 30 days. Residual copies in encrypted backups may take up to approximately 90 days to expire.
We may retain a limited record when required for legal obligations, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or financial reporting. Any retained data is restricted to those purposes and kept only for the required period. Aggregated or de-identified information that can no longer identify you may also be retained.
Subscriptions and purchases
Deleting your FlamenkFit account does not automatically cancel an Apple App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel active subscriptions directly in your App Store or Google Play account to prevent future renewal. Apple and Google maintain their own transaction records under their respective policies.
